SAMIJO SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends).

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number.

• Local (Canadian) orders are shipped via Poste Canada and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

• International orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

• Once your order is in transit, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly:

• Poste Canada (Local Orders): Handle all tracking and delivery inquiries.

• USPS (International Orders): Responsible for claims, tracking, and reimbursements.

Returned Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer is responsible for paying reshipping fees.

International Orders

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery.
